Vincent Melilli et Sarah Sellami

Vincent Melilli

After studying literature, theater and cinema in France, Vincent Melilli renovated and managed two movie theaters in Paris between 1981 and 1989, L’Escurial (13th arrondissement) and the Max Linder (Grands Boulevards). He then served as General Secretary of the Maison de la Culture in Bourges (1996 - 1998), before taking the helm of the Institut Français of Marrakech (1998 - 2002). After a two-year mandate as French Audiovisual Attaché in London, which included running the Institut du Royaume Uni (2002 - 2004), he returned to Marrakesh to create the École Supérieure des Arts Visuels de Marrakech, which opened in 2006 and which he directed until December 2021. He created ESAV Production in 2014 to support the projects of ESAV graduates. Today, he is now mainly dedicated to production.

Sarah Sellami

A 2011 graduate of the École Supérieure des Arts VisueIs de Marrakech as a Director of Photography, Sara Sellami worked on several short films and documentaries as a camera operator. She discovered a new passion for production and content creation, and returned to ESAV to take a production course. In 2013, Sara worked as production coordinator on several feature films, commercials and music videos. She joined ESAV Production in 2014 to develop and support young graduates in their professional projects, producing several shorts, all the while managing production on institutional films and commercials. In 2019, she line- produced her first feature film "DESERTS" by Faouzi Bensaidi. She is currently developing a number of projects at Liberté Films.
